At Ecocetera, we really think the sun rocks!

Nearly all the renewable energy technologies stem from the sun – either directly or indirectly.

The direct, or obvious ones are solar photovoltaic (our favourite), solar thermal – and ground source heat pumps (think about it…)

Indirectly, biomass, wind and hydro all have the sun as a source.

The only technologies the sun can’t take the credit for are tidal and geothermal.
